Our Very First Show
January 26, 2023 8:30 PM EST – A Brief Introduction In this first of what will hopefully be many adventures together, we’ll welcome friends old and new from around the country and explore four tantalizing treats: two of Georgette’s signature cocktails, the Attabuoy and the Saladito, and two edible French oyster perfumes. Georgette will also walk everyone through the ins and outs of shucking, so that every guest can properly enjoy the perfect oyster – and who knows, we might even throw in a traditional Islay oyster luge.

The Premium kit also includes the gear you’ll need to properly shuck your oysters: an oyster knife and a pair of Georgette’s recommended gloves.

Georgette Moger-Petraske is the nation’s leading expert on the subtle art of pairing spirits and shellfish. As the hostess of Regarding Oysters (a French-style oyster salon in New York City), Georgette has introduced thousands of guests to the simple pleasure of combining oysters with cocktails.
